All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
