At TRYSHOPPY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable).
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryshoppy.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care and hygiene products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent by us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
